Not legal advice

AppealGo is an AI-assisted document-preparation and submission tool. It is not a law firm, is not a substitute for a qualified solicitor, and does not provide legal advice or representation. The appeal letters and information produced by the Service are templates and suggestions generated to help you challenge a motoring notice yourself. If you need legal advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional.

AI-generated content

Appeals and ticket details are produced with the help of artificial intelligence, which reads the image you upload and drafts text automatically. AI can make mistakes. It may misread details, miss information, or include statements that do not perfectly fit your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing the details and appeal before relying on them, and for correcting anything that is wrong.

No guarantee of success

Whether an appeal is accepted is entirely the decision of the council or private parking operator that issued the ticket. AppealGo does not control that decision and cannot and does not guarantee that any appeal will succeed or that a charge will be cancelled or reduced. Past results are not a promise of future outcomes.

Deadlines are your responsibility

Parking tickets are time-sensitive. Discounts for early payment, and the windows to appeal, expire quickly. While we try to submit appeals promptly, you remain responsible for checking the deadlines on your ticket, acting in time, and deciding whether to pay a charge rather than appeal. An appeal submitted late may be rejected, and appealing can mean you lose any early-payment discount if the appeal is unsuccessful.

Submission depends on third parties

We submit appeals through the councils' and operators' own channels (online portals, email, or post). These systems can change, be unavailable, reject duplicate submissions, or require steps outside our control. If an automated submission cannot be confirmed, we will follow up and keep you updated, but we cannot guarantee instant confirmation.

No affiliation

AppealGo is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any council, local authority, the DVLA, ParkingEye, or any other parking operator. Names are used only to identify the body that issued your ticket.

Use at your own discretion

You use AppealGo and any output it generates at your own discretion and risk, subject to our Terms of Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppealGo is not liable for the outcome of any appeal, any charge that is upheld, or any deadline that is missed.
