People don't just pay any more.

Snapped a photo on my lunch break and forgot about it. Two days later the charge was cancelled. Genuinely couldn't be easier.
Sarah M. · Leeds
I had no idea what to even write in an appeal. AppealGo did the whole thing and it actually worked — £100 gone.
James T. · Manchester
Was ready to just pay the fine. So glad I didn't. The letter it wrote was better than anything I'd have done.
Priya K. · London
Cheaper than a coffee and saved me £60. The dashboard kept me updated the whole way through.
Daniel R. · Bristol
Got unfairly ticketed at a car park with hidden signs. Uploaded it, they spotted exactly that and got it thrown out.
Aisha B. · Birmingham
Fast, simple, and it just works. I've already told two mates to use it for their tickets.

Questions

Before you snap.

Anything else? Use the chat in the corner and a real person will reply.

Is it worth appealing?

A single parking ticket costs £60–£130. Checking yours is free, and filing the appeal is £4.49. Before you pay we show you exactly what we read on the ticket, so you're never paying for a lost cause.

How likely is my appeal to win?

We only file when we've found a genuine ground to challenge — missing or unclear signs, faulty machines, wrong details on the ticket, loading or drop-off exemptions — and we tell you honestly if we don't think you have a case. Outcomes are ultimately up to the issuer, and we can't guarantee any result.

What kinds of notices can I upload?

We are expanding beyond parking to supported bus-lane, moving-traffic, ULEZ, Clean Air Zone and road-user charging notices. If a notice needs a different complaint or statutory process, we will say so rather than pretend it is a normal appeal.

Do I have to write anything or fill in forms?

No. You take one photo. We identify the notice, explain the likely route, and prepare the response in your name. You can add your side of the story if you want to, but you don't have to.

How long does it take?

About a minute to start. We file the appeal straight after payment. Councils and operators then take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to decide — we keep you posted the whole way.

What if the council or operator never replies?

If 28 days pass after we submit your appeal with no response, we treat it as successfully appealed, since issuers generally only write back to reject a challenge or ask for more information. That said, please keep an eye on your own post and email during that time — if anything at all arrives about your notice, forward it to us straight away so we can act on it.

Do I need an account?

Not to start. Snap the ticket, check what we found, pay, done. You'll get a link to follow your appeal, and you can sign in later to see everything in one place.
